Washington People Search is an independent reference service for official records, court indexes, directories, and lookup portals connected with Washington, Utah. No government record is hosted here. The service has no affiliation with a public office, court, agency, or records custodian.
2. Acceptable Use Rules
You must use the service and any information reached through it lawfully. Prohibited conduct includes:
- Stalk, harass, intimidate, threaten, or harm any person
- Locate a person protected by a restraining or protective order
- Commit identity theft or fraud
- Make FCRA-regulated decisions (credit, employment, tenant, insurance)
- Scrape, copy, or republish the site's content at scale
- Interfere with the site's operation or security
3. No Consumer Reports
Washington People Search is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 15 U.S.C. ยง 1681 et seq. Neither the site's material nor a linked search result is a consumer report. It cannot be used to decide eligibility for credit, employment, housing, insurance, or another FCRA-regulated purpose.

Government portals and outside services, including sponsored search tools, operate under their own policies. We do not control or accept responsibility for their content, uptime, fees, or treatment of submitted data.
